SHU Falls 2-1 in Season Opener at Slippery Rock

The field hockey team opened their 2014 season with a trip to Slippery Rock on Wednesday afternoon.聽 The Griffins trailed 1-0 at the half before tying the contest at one just over five minutes into the second half.聽 The Rock was able to score a late goal to take home a 2-1 victory and improve to 3-0 on the season.
